OPERATIONS

The operations of this industry are centered around the extraction and processing of feldspar and quartz minerals. These minerals are sourced from the mines located in the Rajasthan region of India. The minerals are extracted in the form of lumps and then processed in the industry to produce fine powders of various mesh sizes ranging from 80 Mesh to 500 Mesh, as per the requirement of the clients.
The industry uses state-of-the-art techniques and equipment, such as rare earth magnetic separation systems, open circuit continuous flow ball mills, and grain plants, to ensure high-quality products. The finished products are then delivered to various parts of India and also exported to countries like Turkey, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam. The industry has a production capacity of 40,000 metric tons, which ensures a consistent supply of quality products to its clients.
